Steward CONNECT allows patients to communicate securely with their medical team online and view health information.

The portal brings together our patients practice information in one convenient place. If you have never used StewardCONNECT, you will need to create a new portal account. If you have already signed up for StewardCONNECT through a Steward Medical Group practice, you do not need to sign up again to receive your information in your portal. Simply log-in. StewardCONNECT is available 24/7 on a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

Access your Steward Medical Group Records on your iPhone

Steward Medical Group and Hawthorn Medical are providing patients with another way to access their medical records with their Apple iPhone Health app. This enhanced access allows patients to easily view key parts of their records, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, procedures, and vitals. This is available to patients with an iPhone using iOS 11.3 or later. Setup is simple!

    • Go to the Health Records Sections of the Health app on your phone and search for Steward Medical Group (Massachusetts/New Hampshire).
    • Log in with the Username and Password you use to access your Steward Medical Group patient portal account.
    • Once you log in, your records will be loaded. These will be updated periodically and you will be notified when new records are ready to view. If there’s an issue with your health records, contact [email protected].
