John G. Niedzwicki, MD, PhD

Dr. Niedzwicki is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He also earned a PhD in Biochemical Pharmacology from Brown University where his thesis dealt with the rational design of drugs for chemotherapy. His postgraduate medical training consisted of a residency in Internal Medicine in the Brown University system (Rhode Island Hospital and Roger Williams Medical Center) and a Fellowship in Medical Oncology through the Boston University Combined Program. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
A member of the American College of Physicians, Massachusetts Medical Society, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Dr. Niedzwicki is an author of a total of twelve peer-reviewed articles from major scientific journals dealing with various aspects of chemotherapy. He is Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medical Science at Brown University’s School of Medicine where he is a lecturer in the Pharmacology course for second year medical students.
