A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, event driven trial of quarterly subcutaneous canakinumab in the prevention of recurrent cardiovascular events among stable post-myocardial infarction patients with elevated hsCRP
PEGASUS
Prevention of cardiovascular events (e.g., death from heart or vascular disease, heart attack, or stroke) in patients with prior heart attack using ticagrelor compared to placebo on a background of aspirin
